Hello, I am the Founder and Director of Jwala Foundation and Mumbai Cricket Club (MCC).
I find happiness in simple things and learn daily from my experiences in life.
My vision – “Always see a better version of me everyday”
The Beginning…
At the age of thirteen, I stepped out of a small village from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh and came to Mumbai – The City of Dreams.
My first step towards achieving my dream was ensuring I continued with my academics. So I got enrolled in Shardashram Vidya Mandir in Dadar; the same school of Sachin Tendulkar, and Vinod Kambli. I received training and guidance from Dronacharya Award Winner – Ramakant Achrekar Sir.
As a dedicated boy, I was selected for many teams at junior, senior, clubs, and corporate level in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Hyderabad & also for Tripura Ranji team. I also got selected for the Under 17 Indian School Team to participate in the Under – 17 World Cup in 1998.
Overall, I have an experience of over +500 matches at the Top Class Level.
The Journey So Far…
Trained with Legends –
Legends like Indian Cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar Sir, Sandeep Patil Sir, Dennis Lillee (at MRF Pace Foundation, Chennai) have been instrumental in shaping up my Cricket Career. Moreover, I was selected for the Australian Cricket Academy at Adelaide under former Australian Coach John Buchannan & former Australian Fast Bowler Damien Fleming.
Coaching Journey –
I have coached more than 20,000 cricketers. Among these include many first class in India test cricketers. I have organised more than 60 international cricket tours across various countries like England, Nepal, New Zealand, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. I have coached numerous business people, coaches, cricketers and Bollywood celebrities.
A Successful Coach –
An experience of close to 25 years & producing a number of National and International players have been spoken very often by various Media Channels, Newspaper and by Legendary players. I have transformed the lives of many cricketers including Prithvi Shaw, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and many more who are playing for different teams all over the world. I mentor and coach to all classes of players worldwide with a global mentoring program, not in terms of cricket but about mind-body as well.
Scientist in Cricket –
My Modern Day Approach towards the game made me popularly known as the Scientist in Cricket. I have the ability to revive life by just changing my mindset and working towards a goal properly.
Awards & Recognition –
My work was recognised and awarded by Purvanchal Khel Shree Award by Maharashtra Assembly Speaker – Mr. Arun Gujrati in 2009.
As Enterpreneur..
I have already organized many national and international sports events. More than 200 national, international and overseas cricketers have represented in our events and tournaments. Numerous brands have associated with my camps, tournaments through sponsorship.
Lastly, In My Words –
Everyone has talent, it just needs a coach who can help to explore and it’s not about getting success in cricket but being Champion in life.
Therefore, through my Jwala Sports Foundation, I have assisted and coached more than 5000 underprivileged kids for free. These kids have participated in more than 60 tournaments. They are doing very well in their lives and are still in touch.
